• Connection metadata — session start/end timestamps and server location, used solely for billing purposes

We do not collect, store, or process the following:

• Browsing history or visited URLs
• DNS queries
• Content of your internet traffic
• Your real IP address as observed from VPN sessions
• Connection logs after the billing cycle is complete

RuSolv operates a strict no-logging policy for VPN activity:

• No activity logs are recorded
• No connection logs are retained after the billing cycle ends
• Where technically feasible, our VPN servers use RAM-only storage
• Only the minimal metadata required for billing is temporarily retained (timestamps and server location)

We take data security seriously:

• All sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
• Database access is strictly restricted to authorized personnel
• All web traffic is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
• Passwords are never stored in plaintext — only bcrypt hashes

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Payment processor — handles transactions on our behalf; we do not receive or store card data
• Cloudflare — DDoS protection and CDN (where applicable)
• Email service — for transactional emails such as verification and notifications
• GeoIP service — for server location detection; used by the admin panel only

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data — retained until you request account deletion
• Transaction history — retained for 1 year for accounting and compliance
• VPN connection records — deleted after the billing cycle completes
• Email address — retained for the lifetime of your account

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of your personal data
• Right to deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Right to export — request an export of your data in a portable format
