Refund Policy

Effective date: April 6, 2026

1. Hourly Tariff

The following rules apply to hourly connections:

  • The current paid hour is non-refundable once a connection is activated
  • Completed hours cannot be refunded
  • Stopping a connection mid-hour does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of that hour
  • Your remaining account balance is preserved and can be used for future connections at any time

2. Monthly Tariff

The following rules apply to monthly connections:

  • Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment. After 48 hours, refunds are not available
  • Switching server locations is free — your remaining subscription time is fully preserved
  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., a prolonged service outage exceeding 24 hours), partial account credit may be issued at our sole discretion

3. Yearly Tariff

Refund conditions for yearly connections:

  • Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment. After 48 hours, refunds are not available
  • Server location changes are free — remaining subscription time is fully preserved
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., extended service outage exceeding 24 hours), a partial balance credit may be issued at our discretion

4. Balance Top-Ups

Regarding deposited balance:

  • Unused balance remains on your account indefinitely — it never expires
  • Balance refund requests (converting balance back to cash) are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The amount you are requesting to be refunded

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly — give us the opportunity to help you first.

User requests are reviewed within 24 hours of contacting store support.
