Terms of Service

RuSolv is a VPN (Virtual Private Network) service built on the WireGuard protocol. The Service provides encrypted tunneling of your internet traffic through our servers to enhance your privacy and help bypass internet censorship and content restrictions.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally permitted to use VPN services in your jurisdiction
• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

To use the Service, you must register an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any illegal activity under applicable law
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Unauthorized access to computer systems (hacking)
• Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content
• Distribution or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Support of or participation in terrorist activities
• Any activity designed to harm others or disrupt services

RuSolv is designed for privacy protection and bypassing internet censorship — not for criminal activity. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies when legally required to do so.

The Service operates on a prepaid balance model. There are no recurring subscriptions — you only pay for what you use.

Hourly tariff ($0.05/hr): The first hour is charged in full upon connection activation. When you stop a connection, the current paid hour is non-refundable.

Monthly tariff ($3.19/30 days): The full amount is charged upon activation. Monthly subscriptions are non-cancellable. You may switch server locations without additional charge and your remaining time is preserved.

Balance top-ups remain on your account indefinitely and can be used for any future connections.

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security improvements
• Modify or discontinue any feature of the Service
• Terminate accounts that violate these Terms

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance via email.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RuSolv shall not be liable for:

• The content of websites or services accessed through the VPN
• Actions taken by governments, ISPs, or third parties
• Service interruptions, data loss, or failures
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The governing law for these Terms will be determined. This section will be updated when we establish our legal entity.
