Apple TV Setup

On Apple TV, the VLESS+Reality subscription works in the INCY app. You need an Apple TV on tvOS 17 or later and the encrypted link from your dashboard.

Happ for Apple TV does not currently work with our service

The "Happ - Proxy Utility for TV" app connects, but no traffic goes through it: sites and apps do not open. Use INCY — Apple TV works with our subscription in it. On iPhone, iPad and other devices Happ works as usual.

Step 1: Install INCY

  1. 1Open the App Store on your Apple TV and search for incy
  2. 2The app you want is called "incy", by LLC ITDEV, and it is free. The Russian App Store also lists an app with a similar name from another developer — do not install that one
  3. 3Install the app. It needs tvOS 17 or later

Step 2: Add the subscription

No need to type the link with the remote — pick one of two ways.

Option 1: send it from your iPhone

  1. 1Install INCY on your iPhone too — it is the same App Store app
  2. 2In your rusolv.com dashboard, open Connections and copy the subscription's encrypted link
  3. 3Add the subscription to INCY on the iPhone — by link or by QR code
  4. 4On the Apple TV, start adding a subscription from a phone in INCY — the screen shows an 8-character code and a QR code
  5. 5In INCY on the iPhone, send the subscription to the TV: type that code or scan the QR code

Option 2: paste the link on the Apple TV

  1. 1On your iPhone, open the rusolv.com dashboard → Connections and copy the subscription's encrypted link
  2. 2On the Apple TV, start adding a subscription by link in INCY
  3. 3When a text field appears on the TV, your iPhone shows an Apple TV Keyboard notification — tap it and paste the link. The notification appears when the iPhone and the Apple TV are signed in to the same Apple Account and the iPhone has Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth on

Step 3: Connect

  1. 1INCY loads all of your locations from the subscription
  2. 2Pick a location
  3. 3Turn the connection on
  4. 4The first time, tvOS asks for permission to add a VPN configuration — allow it

Tips

  • •The subscription updates on its own — new locations appear in INCY without adding it again
  • •The Apple TV counts as one device on your plan
  • •The code for sending from the iPhone is valid for 5 minutes and works once

Troubleshooting

  • ✓Happ is installed and the VPN is on, but nothing opens — that is how Happ for Apple TV behaves with our service. Install INCY and connect through it
  • ✓The TV's code is not accepted — it expired or was already used. Start adding a subscription on the Apple TV again to get a new code
  • ✓The encrypted link starts with happ:// — that is the old format only Happ reads. Press «Rotate URL» in your dashboard and add the new link; you will need to add the subscription again on your other devices too
  • ✓The subscription was added but the connection does not work — check that your plan's device limit is not used up. You can remove a device you no longer use in your dashboard
