VLESS + FlClashX Setup

FlClashX is RuSolv's second recommended client for VLESS+Reality. It runs on Android, Windows, macOS and Linux, and it is set up with the same subscription link as Happ.

What is FlClashX?

An open-source Clash-family client (a fork of FlClash) built on the mihomo core. When FlClashX fetches your subscription link, RuSolv hands it a ready-made Clash config with every location — there is nothing to configure by hand.

  • Open source, built on the mihomo core — the Clash family
  • The same subscription link as Happ — RuSolv detects the client and serves a Clash config
  • All locations included in one subscription — switch regions inside the app
  • Android, Windows, macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Linux — there is no iOS build

Step 1: Install FlClashX

Download the build for your platform from the project's GitHub releases page.

Step 2: Get Your Subscription in RuSolv

  1. 1Log in to your RuSolv account at rusolv.com
  2. 2Go to Connections and create a VLESS+Reality subscription
  3. 3The subscription is created instantly — VLESS devices are part of your plan (available on the free plan too)
  4. 4Copy the encrypted link, or keep the QR code ready — you can also get it from the RuSolv Telegram bot

Step 3: Add the Subscription to FlClashX

Unlike Happ, FlClashX has no one-tap import — paste the link manually or scan the QR code.

  1. 1Open FlClashX and go to the «Profiles» tab
  2. 2Tap «+» and choose to add a profile from a URL
  3. 3Paste the encrypted link from RuSolv — or scan the QR code from your dashboard
  4. 4FlClashX downloads a profile containing all of your locations — select it
  5. 5On the proxies tab, pick a location and turn the VPN on

Tips

  • The subscription link is the same for Happ and FlClashX — the right config format is picked automatically
  • The profile updates on its own — FlClashX reloads the config periodically, no need to re-import
  • On iPhone and iPad use Happ — no iOS build of FlClashX exists

When to choose FlClashX?

  • Choose it if you already use Clash clients, or you want fine-grained routing rules
  • A convenient option on desktop: Windows, macOS and Linux
  • On iOS and iPadOS choose Happ — FlClashX is not available there
  • If you want the simplest path and one-tap import, use Happ

Troubleshooting

If the connection fails or your locations look out of date, refresh the profile:

  • On the «Profiles» tab, refresh the profile to fetch the latest locations
  • If you rotated the link in RuSolv, delete the old profile and add the new one — the old link stops working
  • Check that your subscription is active and your plan has not expired in the RuSolv dashboard
