Troubleshooting

VPN won't connect

  • Try AmneziaWG

    If the standard WireGuard can't establish a connection, create a new connection with the AmneziaWG protocol.

  • Check your internet

    Make sure you have internet access without the VPN.

  • Restart the app

    Fully close WireGuard/AmneziaWG and reopen it.

  • Recreate the connection

    Stop the current connection and create a new one in the dashboard.

VPN connects but the internet doesn't work

  • Check DNS

    Try opening a site by IP address (e.g., 1.1.1.1). If that works, it's a DNS issue.

  • Check the config

    Make sure AllowedIPs = 0.0.0.0/0, ::/0 (full tunnel).

  • Reboot your device

    A simple reboot sometimes resolves the issue.

Slow speeds

  • Choose the nearest server

    The closer the server to your location, the higher the speed.

  • Try a different location

    Some servers may be under heavy load.

  • Test your speed without VPN

    If speeds are slow without VPN too, the issue is with your ISP.

Can't download config / QR code

  • Check your balance

    Creating a connection requires a minimum balance of $0.05.

  • Refresh the page

    Press F5 or log back into the dashboard.
