VLESS + Hiddify Setup
Hiddify is an extra, third option for people who already use it. RuSolv's main clients for VLESS+Reality are still Happ and FlClashX.
What to know before you start
RuSolv recognises Hiddify from its User-Agent and serves it a sing-box config — the format its engine reads directly. The server settings arrive in full; our routing rules do not:
- •The split tunnel does not work. Hiddify discards our routing rules, so the Russian sites we route around the tunnel on locations that support it (Yandex, VK, Gosuslugi, ok.ru, mail.ru and others) go through the VPN in Hiddify. If you need that split, choose FlClashX — our rules apply there immediately, with no setup. In Happ, pick the location entry marked «(Whitelist)»: the ordinary entry for the same location sends everything through the tunnel.
- •Hiddify isn't in the Russian App Store — on iPhone and iPad you'll need an Apple ID from another region. Android and desktop are unaffected.
- •Node selection is Hiddify's own. Our order for switching between servers is not carried over: the app picks a node itself, by its own latency test.
What survives in full
- ✓The traffic obfuscation stays intact: Reality and the browser TLS fingerprint reach Hiddify unchanged — the part that matters most for a stable connection. This is not a guess: we built the exact engine Hiddify 4.1.1 uses and ran our real working config through it, and every obfuscation parameter arrived intact.
- ✓Traffic left and the subscription expiry date are shown inside the app.
- ✓All of your locations arrive in a single subscription — the same link as in Happ and FlClashX.
What is Hiddify?
An open-source client built on the sing-box core. RuSolv recognises it from its User-Agent and serves it a sing-box config with every location — there is nothing to configure by hand. The Clash config that Clash-family clients receive is one Hiddify could not load: its downloader strips YAML indentation before anything parses it.

Step 2: Get Your Subscription in RuSolv
- 1Log in to your RuSolv account at rusolv.com
- 2Go to Connections and create a VLESS+Reality subscription
- 3The subscription is created instantly — VLESS devices are part of your plan (available on the free plan too)
- 4Copy the encrypted link, or keep the QR code ready — you can also get it from the RuSolv Telegram bot
Step 3: Add the Subscription to Hiddify
Hiddify can add a subscription from a link, from the clipboard, or by QR code.
- 1Copy the encrypted subscription link from your RuSolv dashboard
- 2Open Hiddify and add a new profile
- 3Choose to add it from a link or from the clipboard — or scan the QR code from your dashboard
- 4Confirm — Hiddify downloads a profile containing all of your locations
- 5Pick a location and tap the connect button
Tips
- •The subscription link is the same for Happ, FlClashX and Hiddify — the right config format is picked automatically
- •The profile updates on its own — Hiddify reloads the subscription periodically, no need to re-import
- •A split tunnel for Russian sites has to be built by hand from Hiddify's own rules — in FlClashX it works out of the box, and in Happ you pick the location entry marked «(Whitelist)»
When to choose Hiddify?
- •If you already use Hiddify with another provider and would rather not install another app — RuSolv works in it
- •If you want the split tunnel for Russian sites, choose FlClashX — the rules apply there immediately. In Happ the same thing comes from the location entry marked «(Whitelist)»
- •If you prefer Clash-family clients and fine-grained routing rules, choose FlClashX — our routing rules apply there as they are
- •Happ and FlClashX remain RuSolv's main recommendations — Hiddify is an extra option, not a replacement
Troubleshooting
If the connection fails or your locations look out of date, refresh the profile:
- ✓Refresh the profile in Hiddify to fetch the latest locations
- ✓If you rotated the link in RuSolv, delete the old profile and add the new one — the old link stops working
- ✓Check that your subscription is active and your plan has not expired in the RuSolv dashboard
- ✓Russian sites opening through the tunnel is not a fault — it is the Hiddify limitation described above; for the split tunnel switch to FlClashX, or pick the location entry marked «(Whitelist)» in Happ
